What do you like best about lemlist?

We've had a great experience using Lemlist for our lead generation efforts.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the daily workflow much more efficient for our sales team. The campaign setup is simple, and the automation tools help us stay consistent in our outreach without losing personalization.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

One area that could be improved in Lemlist is the process of extracting campaign lead reports. Sometimes we create a campaign and later want to export the leads into an Excel spreadsheet, but the process can be a bit difficult or not very intuitive. A simpler and more direct way to generate and download campaign reports would make the workflow much easier.

Another point is related to the lead search system. In some cases, Lemlist finds a contact during the search process, but when we add that lead to a campaign, the platform charges credits for the email and phone number even when the system cannot actually find the email address or when the person is no longer working at that company.

Overall the platform is very strong, but improving these two areas would make the experience even better for users who rely heavily on lead generation and campaign management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lemlist is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in sales: prospecting and organizing quality contacts.

With the platform, my sales team is able to identify the right companies and decision-makers much faster. It helps us structure our outreach campaigns, organize leads, and keep a clear pipeline of potential clients. Instead of spending a lot of time manually searching for contacts, we can focus more on building relationships and generating real business opportunities.

This is probably something that happens with more mature products. It isn’t always easy or straightforward to understand all the possibilities the product offers and all the options you can use, and it takes a bit of time to get familiar with everything. It really protects my outreach emails, with very strong LEMwarm functionality and lots of helpful recommendations during the sending process to avoid getting my domain banned, which I genuinely love. What do you like best about lemlist?

The combination of Linkedin and e-mail is very nice. The UX is pretty easy to use once you know where everything is. Also very handy that email warmup is included.

The list building is not the greatest. You can't go very deep with it and also the results are less qualitative than Clay for example. But this is expected since this is not their core business/focus.

Email warmup -> very handy that it's within Lemlist (Lemwarm) and it works fine

Linkedin & email outbound -> otherwise would have to do it manually -> works great in Lemlist so far

I believed lemlist was just an email tool at first, but it quickly became the place where I centralize multichannel outreach and follow-ups. I appreciate its personalization at scale with dynamic attributes, images, and screenshots that keep messages human without extra work tbh. I wish lemlist had stronger reporting and analytics tailored to large teams so managers could get clearer campaign breakdowns. Right now filtering and forecasting feel limtied when we try to compare sequences across multiple reps and campaigns. It solved the chaos of juggling tools by letting me automate small actions like profile visits and connection requests inside sequences so my team focuses on replise. What do you like best about lemlist?

I’ve been using lemlist for my outbound campaigns and I’m extremely happy with the tool. What stands out the most for me is how everything is in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can handle prospecting, enrichment, outreach campaigns, calling, LinkedIn automation, and deliverability all within a single platform. That alone saves a huge amount of time.

One of my favorite features is the ability to use conditions inside campaigns. This makes it very easy to build smart, dynamic sequences that adapt based on lead behavior. It allows for much more personalized and effective outreach without adding complexity.

I’m also really impressed with the LinkedIn automation. It’s seamless and integrates naturally into multi-channel campaigns, which makes running coordinated email + LinkedIn outreach incredibly efficient.

Another highlight is the A/B testing functionality. It’s straightforward to set up and makes it easy to continuously optimize messaging and improve performance.
